My Life with ms

A doctor once said to me  “Well you’ve certainly got your fair share of pathology.” His eyebrows rose ever higher as he read through my notes where MS topped a list of illnesses more likely to be found on a dissertation on auto-immune disease. I waited patiently for him to finish; I was waiting to hear if there was any way he could help me to feel, well, less crappy.  He was just one of the many practitioners I consulted over twenty years in a quest to feel well again.

I eventually gave up on my search for optimal health and decided to accept self-proven medications and therapies while dropping the rest. Over time I have discovered my own tools to alleviate and distract from daily suffering. The best part is that it is affordable, and of course, the most beautiful things are free.

Welcome to my place where I share some of the things that make me feel like I live a big life every day.
